Poster Board Parameters
In-Person Poster boards are 4 feet tall by 8 feet wide. Your poster should fit within those dimensions. Commercial logos should not be placed on posters or poster boards. All poster presenters are encouraged to include their poster board number and email address on their poster. The surface will be a cloth-covered bulletin board. Push pins will be provided to hang posters. No other supplies will be available. If you do not want to use push pins, you will need to bring your own supplies. Posters must be printed, but do not need to be on a backboard (e.g., foam core) or laminated.If you wish to print your poster in Atlanta, FedEx Office Print & Ship Center is near the hotel.
