Health & Safety Plan

Updated July 25, 2022

Dear ICEID Participants,

We look forward to welcoming you to Atlanta for ICEID 2022. Our first responsibility is to you — our attendees, our exhibitors, our partners, and our team. Rigorous plans are in place to ensure your safety.

We continue to work closely with our partners at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta and follow all federal, state, local, and CDC guidelines. Community Levels are a tool to help communities decide what COVID-19 prevention steps to take based on the latest data. Because the Fulton County COVID-19 Community Levels are currently high, we are now requiring masks be worn in all public spaces. For your convenience, a mask will be provided to all participants at registration.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Daniel Cameron
Chair, ICEID Steering Committee

Before you Arrive

Upload your COVID-19 certification to VeriFLY. You must be able to present proof that you’re fully vaccinated against COVID-19. We will accept the vaccines listed here. You should complete your final vaccine by July 21 to be considered fully vaccinated for ICEID 2022. You must verify your COVID-19 vaccination status virtually through VeriFLY prior to registration check-in. Click here for instructions to upload your vaccine information to VeriFLY.

Have you completed a self-assessment? Are you symptom free? If you have any symptoms, please stay at home. You can check your symptoms using the CDC’s COVID-19 Self-Checker. If you are registered to attend ICEID 2022 in person, but are unable to meet the requirements, we will assist you in modifying your registration to participate virtually.

Check your flight and travel arrangements. Ensure you’ve checked the requirements of your airline and the destinations from which you will be traveling.

Pack your masks. Based on current COVID-19 community levels for Fulton County, masks are required to be worn in all conference rooms and indoor public spaces.

Read our terms and conditions. By attending ICEID 2022, you’re accepting our terms and conditions. Please read them here.

Masks. Masks are required to be worn in all conference rooms and indoor public spaces. A mask will be provided to participants at registration. You may also bring your own mask.

Follow all CDC guidelines. Wash your hands often, use our sanitizer stations, cover your cough or sneeze, and do not enter the conference space if you have any symptoms.

Onset of Symptoms. If you start to feel unwell during the conference, please isolate yourself immediately and email conference staff at iceid@taskforce.org.

Social distancing. We have widened aisles in conference rooms to reduce crowding and improve traffic flow. Exhibitors are taking every precaution to minimize crowding.

Cleanliness Commitment. The Hyatt Regency is committed to the safety and wellbeing of colleagues and guests in a COVID-19 world and beyond.
